This paper introduces the characteristics of the DCT-based digital video watermarking techniques that have been developed, and then proposes a digital watermarking algorithm by modulation of corresponding DCT coefficients according to human visual system, in which an embedding strategy is applied. 通过分析已有的基于DCT变换的视频水印算法,提出了一种充分考虑人眼视觉特性、并通过采用水印嵌入控制策略对特定位置DCT系数进行修改以嵌入水印的方案。
